Customer Support

A typical day as a Customer Support Representative might include:

Handling customer contacts including but not limited to voice, emails, and online chat; actively listening to determine customer needs and answers questions.

Determining complexity of inquiry and whether it should be escalated; routing such inquiries in a timely manner.

Keeping records of communication with customers; process customer accounts and file documents.

Performing customer verifications; Offer customer support using different software applications.

Maintaining high customer service standards to attract and retain customers; follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.


What You Have:

PC skills; experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with good follow-through.

Organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.

Minimum 2 years of equivalent work experience in customer service.
